Raising Faithful Laborers for Kingdom Service
Leadership Development for Spiritual Empowerment (LEDSEM) is a discipleship and leadership training initiative aimed at strengthening spiritual leadership and ministry effectiveness within the Body of Christ.
The initiative seeks to raise faithful laborers and servants for God's vineyard through intentional discipleship, leadership development, and spiritual empowerment. LEDSEM is envisioned as a platform through which church leaders and emerging ministers can be equipped with sound biblical foundations, ministry principles, and practical leadership skills for effective service in the Kingdom of God.
